  Great service with friendly and professional staff.
  I’ve had 4 PET-CT scans over the past 8 months with each experience equally impressive. Each step of the process was well coordinated with virtually no unnecessary waiting time. Imaging staff appeared to be quite confident, knowledgeable, and happily answered questions. You even receive a complementary cafe-style toasted sandwich and coffee after the scan!
  Additionally, I was able to receive a CD of the images at my request, which reception staff promptly provided within an hour of my phone call. The phone app is a great addition that enables you to access your images/reports and forward to your health care providers.
  Overall, I highly recommend Q scan (Southport) and will certainly be seeking referrals to this practice should I require different types of scans in the future.

  I went for mri in Qld at Qscan ,5 days later I went to my gp in NSW for results the dr couldn’t view the images, and neither could my orthopaedic surgeon. I’ve been getting the run around for over a week. In pain with torn spurs and now surgeon is going away overseas for a month. I will have to wait another month to get looked at. Service and system is poor. Go somewhere else.

  Qscan managed to find a last minute appointment on a Saturday afternoon at 2:45pm during their extended opening hours. This MRI Brain Scan was fully bulk billed to Medicare. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Technician was very informative of the MRI process. Modern technology in a very clean and tidy clinical environment. Thank you for your services.

  Saturday 3 Rd June I took my 90 yr old mother for a chest x-ray. The 2 receptionists and the radiographer were very helpful, kind and caring to both myself and mum. They apologised for the wait, which was only half an hour, then they provided a wheelchair for me to take mum to my car.

  Qscan is my preferred x-ray, Ultrasound, MRI and CT scans for a number of reasons. They are efficient at getting you in quickly, they take any referrals and there is little to no wait times. There are several on the Gold Coast and the staff are fantastic offering friendly service and knowledgeable information about what you need to do to prepare for each process. Southport has undercover parking available and disability parking.
