  Bought car that was registered, with statutory warranty and 3 year warranty.
  Had nothing but problems from when car arrived. When car arrived unable to open passenger door and also car would not lock. These are issues that should have been fixed prior to being made roadworthy. I contacted the business they agreed to fix and did not ask for quotes just told me to go ahead and get auto-electrician to fix and now that the work has been done they are disputing the charges and offering to pay less than the total invoices. I have also since received car tolls in the mail as they drove car to a transport company - I have fees added onto them as they were not paid within the required period to get them cheaper. Disappointing experience and I will be going to fair trading and small claims if required.
  On drive to auto electrician car stopped accelerating so had to pull over and call out the auto-electrician just to top it off.
  Appears Luke Family Motors is not a registered business name. Also receipts do not carry all the required information that the ATO requires.

  Luke family motors.... @ 33 brolga avenue.
  A 17 yr old buys a 2nd hand car from this place. Brings the car home to find the indicators not working and one headlight not working ✔gets it fixed. 2 weeks later there is no oil in the car ✔ tops up the oil, 2 weeks later finds out that the car needs new engine mounts ( that may I add the dealer mentioned was a common problem with mazdas. Do you think he would have mentioned it if he disnr know it was already goosed?) ✔ paid over $500 to get it fixed. Now has the car for 6 wks and it needs a new engine. Now this car is old and was sold with no warranty, but a professional car dealer selling to a 17yr old, I'm sure the car sounded so good why would he even think it would need a warranty. Talk about taking advantage of someone inexperienced. No good will gesture from this guy... no, no, no. Dont make the same mistake yourself. This boy paid $5500 for a 14yr old car and now has to pay just short of $4000 to get an engine put in. Not a good purchase at all. I put a review on their web page and they took the page off so as not to get word out there. If only good reviews were allowed what woukd be the point in having them. Well dodgy!!

  This guy promised my 17 yo son that his deposit was refundable. When the finance fell through, he told me that he would get the office to refund the money, and now I find that the office no. is disconnected, and he won’t answer my calls.
  He is a liar. Avoid at all costs.
