  I just wanted to drop a note and say I am very disappointed in this store. I was quite surprised and delighted with a gorgeous engagement ring from my fiancé - though at the usual size O it was way too large for me and needed to be resized. It was bought with a Lifetime Warranty from a store in Sydney which included resizing so neither him or my mother-in-law thought it would be any problem. Taking it into this store my heart dropped when I was told being a size K or L the ring would not be able to be resized down that much and I would have to pick another ring. I wasn't happy with this as the ring was gorgeous, and had been picked up at quite a decent price for its value, so swapping it would really be a shame. As it didn't seem quite right to me I considered taking it to another Michael Hill and seeing what another consultant had to say. Popping into Michael Hill in Helensvale I was quite relieved when I spoke to a lovely lady who retook my measurement as an L and told me that there would be no problem resizing it. I am happy to say I didn't have to swap in my ring and it fits beautifully now. =)
