  At first the original people were well chilled and professional but they hired new people and there dodgy and scammers they change the paper so they can do something against your wishes and make money off you and make there life easier not the costumer but very disappointed I would say
  
  Jessica Coot is misleading and unprofessional could screw you over and lie about with the the sneaky technical stuff that we don't know she messing my life or even other people's lives
  
  I would say Jessica Coot doesn't deserve to be apart of a High end real estate like McGrath since the last year they gone down dramatically that's when they hired these dodgy people I'm very disappointed

  We rang to discuss a property - it took 2 days for a return call. Jesse Wilcox took the information and said would get back to us.
  Sent us some email information but didnt call for another 2 days after that.
  Had forgotten what we discussed, promised to send us more relevant information. Then we started to get emails every week or so about NOTHING like we were interested in and despite calls and emails still persists in sending us random emails about nothing we want.
  Have bought through another real estate agency who DOESNT send random emails and who listens to what we want.
  As an aside, also sent an email via their website requesting us to be removed from their mailing lists - no response and we STILL get marketing emails
  So would we recommend this company? On our experience i wouldn't even call them as you will end up on some random marketing list.
  NOT PROFESSIONAL IN OUR EXPERIENCE and we are pretty angry that we STILL get random emails sent. We have better things to do than deal with an Agent who doesn't listen and doesn't care.
