  Despite giving clear instructions at Hoppys Mermaid Waters to NOT use the 'spinners' or brushes on my new car it fell on deaf ears. Why wasn't it written on the windscreen like they do in Southport?
  My previous car (allbeit black) had swirl marks on the paintwork whenever brushes were used and I was reluctant for a repeat.
  But what surprised me was the greet attendant's rude and I couldn't care less attitude.
  In frustration I threw the allocated number into the garden bed, for which I'm sorry for.
  As a loyal Hoppy's customer I expected better service than this.

  Very poor customer service, this is through Oxenford car wash but head office just as bad. I have a black car and they suggested I buy a $75 unlimited 3 month package to clean my car as much as I wanted. One week I went through the car wash 3 or 4 mornings in a row throughout the week, the last time I went through I had both the staff shaking their heads at me as I was back to get my car washed again. I called head office and made a complaint nearly 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing back from them. Don't sell a product if you are not happy to stick by the terms, and make customers who have paid good money fill bad for turning up to get there car washed.Maybe the company needs to have a lesson in customer service, or maybe they are so busy replying to all the unsatisfied customers. Customer Service makes or breaks your business.
