- Hanna Matisse Added October 16, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a shampoo yesterday from their online store and realised I did not get the right one and they didn't have the one I wanted. Being an $85 purchase I wanted to cancel it. I called them 10 minutes from when I put in the order online (so no way it was already processed). The lady in the phone took my details and promised to look into it and to get back to me. Needless to say I haven't heard back and they did charge me for the purchase. Called them again today to hear them say that the order was already shipped this morning! Clearly they had time to get the transaction canceled yesterday but I have been told the owner refused. Are you so deperate to sell to the point of forcing your mechandise on customers? Very bad practice and customer service. Of course they didn't bother calling me back to let me know what happened. Will not do business with them again.
