These guys called me up and invited me back to the garage with the car on the hoist and pointed out all the issues and where the suspension knock I'd taken it there for was coming from, as well as a couple of dodgy fixes from previous garages (CV boot and the last factory service!). Quoted me an itemised invoice, going through personally each item and cost, and even prioritised the list to suit the budget, then did it on the spot. Can't fault the work at all. Highly recommended. Will bring car back here again.
