  Tried to give Freedom a second chance after having some less than average customer experiences ... but I was let down again. After receiving their email newsletter with a 30% off sale, and double-checking online to see if the sale was on, we went to their store (45 min drive) to buy an item that was listed online for a certain price, only to go in store and find a separate price, which was much higher and then also told the sale had ended, even though it was still ticketed as 'on sale' in store and online. We decided we wanted to purchase the item anyway despite this error, however we were then told there was an 11 week wait and that we'd have to pay $99 delivery fee on top of the rrp price (for a $3999 sofa and also an $800 coffee table, that's pretty ridiculous), and there was no pickup service available. We walked away from the sale. It's a really poor customer experience and would surely be frustrating many other customers daily too. We went down the road and bought a similar item for less than half the price, which was in stock. Easy.
