  Paid $180 for a car wash and internal clean for a small car yesterday got in the car and saw straightaway that they hadn’t even vacuumed out th console. As I was driving home I realised they hadn’t cleaned the steering wheel or wiped down dash properly and I could see marks on inside windscreen. Not happy Jan…I was heading off on holidays early this morning so I didn’t have time to go back and complain but needless to say I won’t be taking my car there again I don’t think they did anything more than what they do for basic clean the $180 deep clean was absolute rip off!!

  During my trip to Gold Coast, my son unfortunately puked in the rental car on the 2nd day. I sent the car to hoppys, Herv the supervisor on-site was so kind and helped me with steam cleaning and vacuum. And told me to send it back again on second to do one more round to make sure the smell is gone when I return the car. I went again on second day Herv did it for me himself. Thanks a lot to Hoppys!

  Worst car wash we’ve ever been to!!! They charged me $130 (wow) to clean a hatchback with extras of sand and pet hair, AND THEY DID NOT CLEAN IT!!! Left with the car after TWO hours, pet hair and sand all over the seats, unlike before that all pet hair and dirty was only on the seat my dog is tied to.

  I've been using the car wash for about two years, today I took my car in for a wash ($190) and was asked if I wanted to pay an extra $70 to clean the inner part of my wheels. I said no to this service, still expecting the external part of the wheels to be cleaned properly. Photos attached ($190 car wash). Short-term money grabbing loses long-term customer retention

  I use to grumble at hubby for paying so much to get the car cleaned here - I never thought the price was worth it when you can clean it yourself with some soap and a hose...
  
  Ah I eat my words. It’s so convenient and they do a really nice job. It’s worth the money for the convenience and friendly staff.
  
  I sit down with something to eat and coffee in the cafe. By the time you’re done, the car is ready to go!
  
  My son loved the play area... (the entire cafe)
