  Ian has treated a number of chronic conditions I have acquired throughout my rugby league career, as well as treating a severe hamstring rupture resulting from a water skiing accident. His willingness to keep an open mind and treat using a holistic and hands on approach has seen significant improvement in symptoms far beyond what was expected by other medical specialists, and allowed me to manage injuries and maintain an active lifestyle without surgical intervention that I have no doubt would have been required otherwise. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone.

  I was experiencing a lot of pain in my feet when I first attended Ian's clinic. After concentrated therapy, he gradually reduced treatment until I was pain free (which I have been for many years now). Appointments are now every couple of months to maintain posture, well-being and release tension. Ian's honest, upbeat but gentle approach works perfectly for me.

  Finally a Physio that wants to help you rather than keep you coming back and just takes your money. Ian is very hands on in his approach. Even other Physio's said that he's great. I suppose that's why he has a 5 star rating.

  I have been going to Coastal Physiotherapy now for about 4 years for various specific injuries and also general "maintenance". As a boxer, working my way through the Amateur ranks then turning Professional, I have had a variety of injuries and need regular appointments. I have been Ian's client for most of the time, but have also seen Stephen on a few occasions. Ian is proactive in educating me how to avoid and manage my injuries, and this has allowed me to progress in my sport. I highly recommend the Coastal Physio team for any Physio needs.
