- Marie Taylor Added August 23, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The young male Receptionist forgot to put me in the system after I presented on arrival..so 40 minutes later I went to the desk to ask what's going on...
eventually I saw a new young male doctor who I felt like a nuisance taking up his time...did NOT even take my blood pressure.. even though I had no cold or flu, he sat 6' away!! Will wait till I get my regular doctor next time... benefit of the doubt - perhaps he was having a bad day - Tanya Dobbin Added August 19, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Doctors are amazing. Staff at the front desk are rude and very unwelcoming. So disappointed with my recent visit because they used to be the most amazing staff at the front but have changed staff and now so rude.

- Jack Henry Added July 30, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Whatever you do, do NOT speak with Marilyn. Lacks any compassion whatsoever and merely lays down supposed laws of restriction. If they are true at all. After a recent knee operation, I just needed to have the dressing checked. I was refused. And why? Because I hadn't been to Tandem health for 2 years and because I wasn't referred for the surgery from there.
I could offer a plethora of health reasons and the extenuating restrictions I have found myself in over the last few years and why I have not been to Tandem on a regular basis but this woman was not listening. Or caring. At this stage of Knee op recovery, the pain is very consistent and travelling to Robina where the referring doctor ( who has since stopped practice due to her own health issues) was situated is not an easy trip. Just sitting in a car for any length of time is excruciating in my present condition. I realise Marilyn is the vanguard to keep the hordes from overworked doctors but i think if any of those doctors had heard the conversation this morning they would have been appalled
