  I wanted to post an honest review of my experience with Ocean Blue Realty and I have nothing but praise to give to Katie and the team. I completed an application the old school way (hand written form) and I had applied for that many properties without a call back due to the rental issues on the GC at the moment so my hopes were low as it was. The next day I received a call from Katie who was so personable, relatable and provided the best customer service one could ask for. I manage a team at a customer service call centre so I know great service from a mile away. Everything was sorted out in the span of five days. My calls and emails were always returned with a kind and courteous reply . I would give Ocean Blue Realty (particularly Katie) 10 out of 5 stars if I could. If you want true customer service (not automated, robotic and fake) these guys are it.

  Renting can be an incredibly stressful experience. However, Courtney and the team at Ocean Blue were a welcome wave of relief during our last tenancy and we are so grateful for their amazing work. Exceptional communication, transparency and support from beginning to end. Will definitely return to Ocean Blue Realty in the future.

  First of all, it was, by far, the best experience we ever had with a real estate rental agency and agent. We have rented an unit in the Gold Coast for about an year and had a wonderful experience. We have been with Courtney Craig, and we have never seen an agent so nice, honest, helpful and professional. Courtney's work ticks all the boxes, we couldn't be happier with the service, every time we needed something ( from fixing something to even general advice) , Courtney was always there prompt to help and to get things done. The only reason why our lease ended was because we had to suddenly move to another city for work reasons. Our lease was renewed without problems , everything always ran smoothly , and even when we left Courtney was very very helpful with everything. This is a genuine business with people that actually care about the clients and not only numbers. I strongly recommend Ocean Blue and Courtney Craig. When we move back, we we will for sure rent through Courtney again, thank you for everything!

  Renting from this realestate turned out to be a nightmare because of one agent Katie Wilkinson who was an intimidating bully towards me during my last year with Ocean Blue. She told me I had to give a medical certificate when I broke my ankle and wasn’t able to keep the place fully clean for rental inspection which I did because I thought it was the right thing to do but later speaking to the RTA they told me I am not required to give our personal information. Then there was the dangerous broken tiles I had in my kitchen which my son cut his foot on I told her about this and she did nothing to fix the problem. Then telling me I had to Keep paying the rent even though my lease had ended until maintenance was done and it was re rentable which is not true another thing RTA cleared up for me then there was the rubbish skip on council land that was waiting to be picked up she told me I had to keep paying rent. She threatened to Keep my bond because of it and disputed and then on the day of conciliation she changed her mind about the reason she was holding onto my bond. Katie just causes trouble she’s not at all a nice person at all. Ocean Blue realty would be fine with out her she doesn’t deserve to be a realestate agent. I have never had any issues with renting in the last 15 years of renting always paid my rent on time always got my bond back easy. Katie is awful person. Every thing that I said in this review was true. Please avoid Ocean Blue realty and Katie Wilkinson she will make your life a living hell.

  Since the starting of our lease, Courtney has been tremendously helpful and caring. Her attitude towards her job is amazing hence, she cares each one of us as a family member. I have no words to explain how she has helped us through this difficult time of lock-down.
  I highly recommend Ocean Blue Realty for its 5 star service!!!
