- June Campbell Added May 02, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Excellent! Ashley did a pre purchase roofing inspection for me, and was very friendly, prompt and efficient in the way that he dealt with the job.
The property was out at Wonglepong (Gold Coast hinterland) so it was probably not the most convenient of locations for him to go, but he went out there anyway.
He fully inspected the roof, replaced some cracked tiles, and did some repointing.
Afterwards he sent me a detailed report, outling the general condition of the roof.
This was extremely helpful for me, as I wanted to be sure there were no major issues with the roof (on the property I was buying). So I can now rest assured that the roof will not be leaking after I move in, which puts my mind at rest.
I will definitely be using him again in the future if needed, and would highly recommend to others.
