  Not a good customer experience, recently booked through them , no confirmation of flights , accommodation wasn’t to our booking confirmation, was bounced around from consultant and the resort said it was another $1000 for the rooms we had booked. Shame on you @leisurecomgroup !! In this day of social media, this isn’t acceptable.

  They are a BIG SCAM. Please don't do any bookings!! Not even through Entertainment app. Horrible customer service and never trust Entertainment app to make a booking. I got errors on booking and no confirmation of the booking at Sea World resorts. Neither entertainment nor Sea World mentioned that I had a booking. Only later to find out I have been charged for the booking that I never knew was confirmed. Nobody is taking responsibility of refund and come back with what I should have done better in order to have avoided that situation. Isn't it their basic responsibility to inform the customers of the booking!!! It has been 4 months and I have lost hundreds of dollars!

  Booked a Discover Queensland special which fell through because of the coronavirus pandemic. I was contacted by the Leisure Group office with options which I fully planned to take. No date was given for me to respond by until it was apparently the date that a decision had to be confirmed; on which date my phone was rung all morning as I worked, but no one managed to answer my return calls or emails with hours left in the business day. This office lost me several hundreds of dollars.

  PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
  They confirmed that they had booked three Superior Rooms with Balconies at Club Med Bali. Infact they had only one of these rooms the other two were inferior rooms with no balcony they were cheaper.
  
  This was despite at least two telephone conversation with Leisurecom that all three rooms had a balcony. This was important to us as we wanted all three families to have similar accommodation.
  
  We have contacted them three times but have had no feedback from them at all.

  Unfortunately I had to negotiate for over a week on the phone & multiple emails with Leisure Group (Gold Coast) for my Refund for my accommodation booked (Discover QLD Holidays) due to cancellation for Covid 19. Leisure Group had the audacity to try charging me $150 cancellation fee initially & tried to blame this fee on the apartment we booked, which I later discovered had nothing to do with them! I would have thought in the travel industry at present that Leisure Group would have been more understanding, more efficient & prompt with refunds in these uncertain times of such a pandemic. No surprise that I won’t be using their services in the future.
