  Dr Layt is not only a very good surgeon, I found him to be very professional and caring. Kate who also works at the centre is an asset to the company. If I need future surgery I won't hesitate to go back to Dr Layt.

  I am absolutely delighted with my experience at the Layt Clinic.
  Dr Layt has just performed a procedure for a precancerous condition on my lip at Pacific Private.
  I am so grateful as it was picked up by Samantha who was doing limelight laser therapy on my face for brown spots. She noticed something on my lip and called Dr Layt in to have a look.
  I feel so lucky that this vigilant young lady picked this up early.
  Thank you so much. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Dr Layt.
  Highly recommend this amazing team of people.

  Recently went to see Ros for some fillers.
  
  I've been getting fillers and anti-wrinkle injections for a few years now, so I know what I'm doing.
  
  There was barely enough time for the numbing cream to set in when she stuck the needle into my lips. I flinched, but never made a noise, let alone a gasp, and she completely overreacted. Not for care that she was going to poke the wrong spot, because the needle was already in. But she continued to pump the product in saying with a patronising "it's not that bad. You'll be ok."
  
  Never mind the fact that if she had have done her job thoroughly, she would have waited for the numbing cream to set in.
  
  Gee, thanks for that little dusting of words there, mate! I know I'm just one person but I can assure you I'll never return to the Layt Clinic purely because of this person.

  I am so happy with the cosmetic injector Ros, she is the only nurse I trust with my injectables for Botox and lip fillers. Ros is always professional and I am always satisfied with her treatments would highly recommend to anyone!

  Be prepared to waste $250 for a 4 minute consult and be told to come back when you've lost weight'' - I had a medical referral that the procedure was required for medical reasons and was pushed back out the door in 4 minutes. I am shocked and disappointed that Dr. Layt still took my $250, and furthermore refused to process the consult under Medicare for my rebate (which I had a medical referral for). AVOID.

  Let me save you $250 & a six month wait for a consultation...I was being seen because I have implants that are 16 years old. I need a bit of a lift and reduction and new implants. None of which is uncommon for someone with implants that have been in as long as mine have. A friend of mine went to Dr Layte, she didn't have implant prior but had needed all the same things I've listed. She got this for $11,000 just last year. My quote $22,000!!! It's obviously harder to work with a tissue that has had implant previously but that price is certainly exorbated. My theory as to why that is, is that Dr. Layte has enough business coming in that he can give the hard work he's not that intrested a quote like that & make them go away. It's just easier than actually helping people.
  The staff: when I made my appointment there was a six month wait for counsultations putting down a $50 deposit and paying the remaining $140 after your appointment (at that time the consol was $190). After my appointment I went to pay the balance (140) she tells me that will be $200. I say, oh I thought I paid a desposit? she very condescendingly tells me that I did and 50 + 200 = 250. I say I understand but on the phone I was told it was 190 altogether. she precedes to inform me that there is an extra fee for people whom have had previous surgery from another doctor. I say, we dicussed my pervious surgery on the phone, as that's the reason I am here. There was no mention of an added fee for that...I say I'm not sure who I spoke with as it was six months ago. Then she suddenly she remembers that their rates have increased from 190 to 250 in that time. Just as condescending as the math lesson she says well if that's what they said on the phone I suppose we'll have to hounor it. Wow thank so much for doing me the charity of charging me the price you quoted me.

  Great service; staff is professional and very friendly. Everything is organised very well. Most of all, Dr Layt does the best job! Highly recommend!!!
