Anne was very helpful when it came to making our tile selection, and their range seems more bespoke than the big tile retailers.
Also when we needed some additional tiles it was quick and easy to organise and pick up from their warehouse next day so the tradies weren’t delayed. They also gave us a single tile from their when we broke one.

I went to both groove tile stores and Tim's service at southport was far beyond the service I received at Brisbane. Tim gave me a great deal, his service was tireless and honest. I bought 90m2 and walked away a very satisfied customer.

We were fortunate to meet the manager craig whom helped us choosing the perfect tiles. Easy and stressfree when your in such experienced staff. Would definitely go back if needed to tile again.
