  Mitch, our salesperson, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that we found the perfect Golf that suited our lifestyle. His knowledge about the vehicles and his patience in answering all our questions were truly commendable. We never felt rushed or pressured; instead, Mitch took the time to guide us through the various features and options available.
  
  Wayne, the Sales Manager, deserves a special mention for his excellent customer service. He was involved from the beginning and ensured that everything went smoothly throughout the entire process.   Both Francis and Wayne were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. Overall, a great experience, fantastic service and went above and beyond to arrange delivery early! Can't recommend them highly enough!

  The customer service was great until the car was in my possession. If you expect after sales service, you wont find it here. In the contract my windows were to be tinted to the darkest legal tint, this did not happen. When I approached Wayne not long after I had picked my car up, he asked me if they had been tinted at all and would look into this and get back to me. I have had my car for 4 months and have not heard from any of the staff, not even a follow up email to make sure I was enjoying/happy with the car. I emailed Wayne about 6 weeks ago and still have had no response. I was so excited when my new car had finally arrived and this just puts a downer on the whole experience.

  A quick thank you to the service department.
  
  I had dropped my car off for yearly service, it was done super efficiently, had a loan car waiting and they even organise a RWC on the same day.
  
  A big thanks to the service Manager Jarrod, without doubt the best experience I have had with any dealership over a long time.
  
  Hopefully management can thank him and his team for me....amazing!!

  This is my first time going to the Southport VW for a car service, I usually get it elsewhere.
  
  Everything seems alright after the service. I spent close to $1.9k given its one of the big service. However 2 weeks later, battery died. Went and check the service sheet. They ticked that they checked the battery but did not write anything down. I usually get a photocopy of the battery test they do.
  
  I got roadside assist to come and change the battery, it was not cheap. Didn't really have much of a choice given it happened on a Sunday but to replace it. He checked the battery and said it was flat.
  
  I called VW who said that they can't predict when the battery died, but it was literally 2 weeks. They can't even tell me if they checked it. My partner's car in Toyota could have advised that the car's battery may last a few more months, but at least he had warning.
  
  Now some of the VW systems are not working anymore and i need to bring it in for another service which they were going to charge me close to 200$. I managed to find an alternative solution rather than paying further.
  
  I do not like the interaction I had with the service team, they certainly wasn't friendly.
  
  This is just my experience. Hopefully others get a different experience. I would not opt to service my car at this place again.

  This Dealership is about customer experience.
  From my first visit to purchase I was so impressed by the attention to detail in customer service from Luke at test drive and Sale to Grace at finance and Dean is clearly team leader here.
  If your looking for abit extra when purchasing a vechile look no further than VW SOUTHPORT these guys are prestigious sales representatives and that's how I feel driving my new car away.
  5 plus stars VW SOUTHPORT well done.
  
  My review has changed when u want assistance to sell the car back to them they don't want to know you at all, no phone call, no assist at all.
  Very u unimpressed with that.
  
  And good luck getting your car serviced 4 to 6 weeks wait time useless.

  Enquired on a “Certified Pre Owned” vehicle, told the salesperson I had seen a few and was wanting to make sure it was the right car before driving to the Gold Coast from Brisbane.
  
  Was promised the car was “as new” and “immaculate”.
  
  Placed deposit, booked viewing, then made the 90min journey to view the car.
  
  We were incredibly disappointed upon arrival to see that the 2 year old vehicle looked worse for wear. (Extensive panel damage, sand throughout the car, muddy footprints on seats, cigarette ash in centre console)
  
  Disappointing experience, buyers beware.

  Having read some negative reviews i was a bit worried about taking my car in for a service, really glad that i did. Kianna in the service department was really helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Andrew the bus drive was great, and picked me up on time. over all a great service and will be going back in again for the next service.
