  Went to get our car serviced there only a week ago and was advise that we would need additional work to the engine mounts but that it wasn't urgent and wouldnt need to be done for 2-3months. Not even 1 week later in a 1 car family we are now without car as the car transmission and parking brake are now failing.
  I would not recommend this place to get your car serviced. We were clearly given the wrong advise and as far as I'm concerned after a service we paid top dollar for, we were given a car which was not fit to be on the road. And are going to now being $$$$ more out of pocket.

  I would like to specifically mention Ashleigh from Gold Coast Jeep. Hands down, she provided the best service I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle. Ashleigh provided fantastic prompt service and her knowledge of the Jeep was second to none. After a few recent poor experiences at other dealerships, Ashleigh has given me confidence to happily purchase from Gold Coast Jeep moving forward. I would highly recommend this dealership .

  Very frustrated with their customer service. My Jeep was inspected in December and found in need of replacement of a piece that costs $5000, and it can only be ordered from Italy, and it would take 2 months to arrive. So they booked me in for the follow up service in February, only to find out, days before the appointment, that they... ops... forgot to order the spare piece!! You had ONE job to do!
  
  I called three times to proceed with the order, and all the times some excuse. "We will call you back". Sure... I'm still waiting.
  
  I emailed twice, not even the decency to reply.
  
  Custom service is an attitude - which clearly Jeep Gold Coast lacks. Not a department.

  Appalling service. Wish I’d done my homework on the service department before I’d purchased the vehicle. Put my vehicle in for service in July and noticed damage to my paintwork after I got home. Phoned and left endless messages. No response. Then my entertainment screen started to bubbles so I booked it back in in September. Was told they’d need to get the part in and would call me and would also arrange for the paintwork to be repaired and that someone would call me. It’s now November and despite calling 11 times, leaving messages and even a message wishing make a compliant , nobody has gotten back to me.

  Bought a new jeep, struggling with the service department. Took weeks to get in even after explaining to them my dash lights are faulting and they're telling me if I go elsewhere my warranty is void but they also are booked a minimum month in advance and after calling them on serveral occasions to try and book I finally got through after 4 attempts. My service was done and now they have forgot to put back my service book in my car and once again I can't even get a hold of the service department to rectify this. But of course the sales department answers the phone - they are happy to sell cars but not happy to help in any other way. They have told me to call back as the service department is unavailable and are not able to leave my details for someone to contact me. So far not having a good experience and would not recommend anyone purchasing a jeep!!
