  Very bad ..charged 1400 dollar without giving any quote for my relative.

  After seeing 3 GP for the little lump in my right eye , I had my appointment there with Dr. Kearney. The staff there were all very nice and the one talking to me on phone asked very detailed questions before making the appointment. As it was the first time, so a nurse wrote down all the necessary information about my eye history when I was in the waiting room. After 5 minutes, Dr. Kearney came and had a very detailed check on both of my eyes. He told me that my left eye was fine but the little lump on the lower corner of my right eye was liked a cyst. He said as the cyst was so close to the tear duct, he didn’t suggest to cut it off. He told me to use a clean warm towel to cover it few times a day and hopefully it might work. I listened to his advice and the cyst was getting smaller and smaller day after day. When I went to see him before Christmas, the cyst was almost gone. Dr. Kearney is an experienced specialist, recommend!

  I found the Gold Coast Eye Clinic’s service completely unprofessional. I had made a appointment over the phone to have my eye procedure done on that day and before I got to the appointment I was phoned and the appointment was changed, my doctor was changed and when I arrived I was led into the room by a nurse and had an eye examination before I met the eye specialist after he examined my eyes for two minutes he asked me to come back next week to have the procedure done due to there being no nurses available at this clinic. I Was then charged $185 for the two minute consultation and then asked to come back and have the procedure next week and pay for the procedure and another consultation fee.
