- Tas Net Added December 24, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had been warned that staff were not very friendly here - turned out to be right. 2 staff obviously busy organising click & collect with another on the phone - who after the call finished made it very clear that she wasn't happy with the caller. So unprofessional. Man who 'served' me was abrupt & rude 'pay here', 'receipt'. I understand it's a crazy time of year & the public can be rude but don't take it out on other customers. Won't return.

- Lisa Lees Added November 30, 2023★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have given BWS Southport Park, Southport Park Shopping Centre a 3-star review (would have been 5 star ) as the staff and stock available is/has been top notch since the arrival of Liquorland in the came centre. Tonight however, my partner was about to enter the store to purchase our usual and considerable wine and beer order, but was abruptly ushered away and told to come back in 10-15 minutes later. Suffice to say, after a big day work, he went elsewhere.
