  Had brake problem. They replaced all pads. Same problem week later. Was told to go to a brake specialist. Dodgy auto shop.

  Disappointing there's no 0 star, walked up to the car lot to inspect one of the cars. Ended up being the mechanics car so was moved on to the mechanic. Car lot staff were actually alright. Was told mechanic was coming so I waited and waited for over 20 mins. When the mechanic finally came out he was so drunk. He then proceeded to show me the car. I just asked him how the car was running as it didn't sound too healthy and because on carsales it said it had a blown head gasket. He told me it was running perfectly and although the advertised price on carsales was $1500 he then informed me it was $3500. When I questioned him on the price he said if you want it stop asking questions and its $3500 or ill just sell it to someone else. I then informed him I would come back with my mechanic to check it just for any major faults. He then told me to f''k off and blew his cigarette smoke on my face. Sorry for the length but honestly you really don't want a guy like this working on your car. Quite concerned as I had already had my car serviced by the same bloke but when I called a mobile mechanic I was informed no filters or oil had been changed which leads me to believe that my car was not serviced. Might be cheap but what's the point if he doesn't do anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend this shop. THEY ARE A MASSIVE SCAM, STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  My sister used a Groupon voucher for a $39 safety cert. I was concerned that the low price was going to be counteracted by a failed safety certificate and invisible issues with the car.
  I was right. They tried to sell her new tyres (because apparently they weren't roadworthy). Their reasons why the tyres were unroadworthy were both ridiculous (the tread pattern didn't match), and in direct contradiction of QLD vehicle inspection guidelines (with regards to a spare tyre).
  
  The saying remains true- if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
  
  Once I asked Anthony about his reasons for failing, he was instantly aggressive and told me to f*** off and get it done somewhere else. His colleague was equally abusive.
  
  I did take the car somewhere else, and it passed with a light globe and some wiper blades.
  
  Avoid this business. It preys on women and will not accept responsibility for its mistakes. It takes advantage of people's lack of automotive knowledge to make a profit.
